Return and Refund Policy
Have you changed your mind? Have you accidentally made an error ordering the wrong size or color of you item? Here’s the solution to fix the issue the way that works best for you!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can also choose to get a store credit.
To get a refund you must meet all of the following requirements:
– Return within 14 days from the date of your refund request.
– Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
– Your item must be in the original packaging you received it.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
(if you can’t find your receipt, a bank statement will be fine. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to track it down.)
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved, we will provide the refund to your bank account or the original method of payment.
You will receive the credited amount within 30 calendar days from the date your refund is approved. Your refund should be credited back to you in the next 1-5 days, depending on the payment method used to place the order.
If the expected deadline of 14 days is elapsed, you will still be able to get a partial refund equal to the 20% of the price you paid when you bought the item.
Shipping for Refunds:
Shipping cost is only charged to the customer in case of refunds, shipping costs are not refundable.

If you wish to exchange your item for another one you can do it by following these simple steps:
– Inform us about the product you want to exchange, telling us the reason why.
– If the new item for which you want to exchange the one you got is more expensive than the one you already bought, you will have to pay for the price difference with an additional cost.
– Shipping cost remains unvaried only if both the products you bought and the new one you want are similar in size and weight. If the new product you want is heavier and bigger than the one you already got, you will have to pay for the additional extra cost and therefore you will be charged with the missing part of the shipping cost.
– Shipping is free for you if you exchange the product you bought with another one that has the same features (size, weight).

Another way of getting released of your purchase is to get a store credit.
You can do that by:
– Contacting us and informing us of your store credit request.
– Afterwards, you will be imediately credit with a discount code for your next purchase. You will be able to see it by entering to your own personal account on our website.
– You will have unlimited time to use the discount code offered to you on any future purchase.
– Store credits are not combinable and can’t be accumulated. This means that each discount code you are given for your purchase is only valid for yournext purchase and you cannot use it for any further purchase you make. Stores credits are not accumulated because you can’t sum them up and then apply them to one single purchase, you can only use one discount code per purchase.
– Store credits amount vary according to the entity of the purchase you made and is accurately calculated considering the feautures of the item you bought.
