SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DELIVERY:

Our courier services are SDA/GLS/BRT for deliveries made in Italy and UPS/FEDEX/DHL for deliveries abroad and UE countries.

Our deliveries are made with completely insured door to door service.

After confirmed shipping, our Customer is given a tracking number for tracing his order, consultable directly through a specific link on the Courier website.

DELIVERY DEADLINE TIME:

Delivery deadline time varies from a minimum of 14 days to a maximum of 8-10 weeks, depending on the order’s features.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

Our purchased products can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

In order to have a full refund of the purchase price, the client must return the merchandise within 14 days from the date of request of refund.

Refunds will be available within 30 calendar days from the date of the Client’s request.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost and any import duties or tax back to Italy.

Customer must keep the proof of purchase and the returned goods must be in excellent condition, in the original package.

We are not responsible for lost returns.

We do not refund for incorrect, mistaken or custom orders.

Refunds are valid only and exclusively for private clients, resellers and companies are excluded.
